To order custom boxes, you will need to request a quote from our packaging company, provide us with your box specifications (like size, quantity, and design), approve the final design and quote, and then wait for production and delivery.
Our turnaround time depends on your specific project requirements. On average, standard printing and shipping take 8–10 business days after you approve the final box design. We always strive to meet our stated timelines, though actual shipping transit times may vary slightly.
For bulk or rigid box orders, production and delivery typically require additional time. We’ll inform you of these details early in the process.
If you have a time-sensitive project, we recommend discussing rush production or expedited shipping options with your customer service representative.
